Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa – Business Innovation stream

澳洲188A商业创新类签证适合营业额在75万澳元以上的企业主，此签证申请对审计要求相对宽松， 对投资要求不高，申请人可以可能在澳洲经营企业2年后申请永久居民。

188A Business Innovation visa is suitable for business owners with a turnover of $750,000 or more. The audit requirements for this visa are relatively lenient and the investment requirements are not high. Applicants can apply for permanent residency after 2 years of running a business in Australia.

188B投资者类签证

Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa – Investor stream

188B投资者类签证适合从事投资活动（如：股票 、基金、外汇等）的申请人，此类签证要求申请人需要投资150万澳币到澳洲政府指定债券并持有4年后申请转永久居民。

The 188B Investor visa is suitable for applicants who are engaged in investment activities (e.g. stocks, funds, foreign exchange, etc.) . It requires an investment of $1.5 million in Australian Government designated bonds to be held for four years before applicants are able to apply for permanent residence.

188C重大投资者签证

Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa – Significant Investor stream

188C重大投资者类签证适合资产雄厚的申请人。188C签证没有年龄限制，没有英语要求，不需打分，只要在政策规定的领域内投资500万澳元就可以快速移民。

The 188C SIV visa is suitable for applicants with substantial assets. The 188C visa has no age limit, no English language requirements, no points test and allows for fast track immigration with an investment of A$5 million in the areas specified in the policy.

188E创业者移民

Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa – Entrepreneur stream

适用于被认可发展其概念并被州或地区政府机构提名的初创企业和早期阶段的企业家。创业者需要达到雅思4个6分的英语水平，满足一定条件，比如营业额、雇佣本地员工等，4年后即可转永居。

For startup and early stage entrepreneurs who have been endorsed to develop their concepts and been nominated by a State or Territory government agency. Entrepreneurs need to achieve competent English (IELTS level of 6 for all four sectors) and meet certain conditions such as turnover, employment of local staff to convert to permanent residence after 4 years.

GTI签证GTI Visa

GTI签证（Global Talent Independent Program）签证是在 2019年11月4日的时候，澳洲移民局对于全球杰出人才推出了该项全球人才独立计划。该签证类型旨在向世界引进十大领域的人才：

GTI (Global Talent Independent Program) visa was introduced on 4 November 2019 by the Australian Department of Immigration for Global Talents. This visa type is designed to bring world talents to Australia in the following ten target sectors.

189独立技术移民签证

189 Skilled Independent Visa

189签证要求申请人的职业必须在 Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) 列表上，不低于移民评分最低标准65分。目前的打分要求通常高于85分。189签证持有者可在澳大利亚永久居住，享受国民待遇。

The 189 visa requires the applicant’s occupation to be on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) with a score of no less than the minimum migration score of 65. Current scoring requirements are usually higher than 85 points. 189 visa holders are entitled to permanent residence in Australia and enjoy citizen-alike welfares.

190州政府担保签证

190 Skilled Nominated Visa

190签证要求申请人的职业必须在Combined list of eligible skilled occupations列表上，适用于打分达到60分的申请人，同时有相应的州愿意担保该职业的情况，州担保可以加5分，申请人可以达到65分的最低要求，但是每个州都有单独职业担保名单和对各担保职业的具体要求。

190 visa requires applicants’ occupation to be on the Combined list of eligible skilled occupations and is available to applicants with a score of 60 and a corresponding state willing to sponsor the occupation. The state nomination can add additional 5 points to make the minimum 65 points requirement. Each state has a separate list of sponsored occupations and specific requirements for each sponsored occupation.

491区域技术工作签证

491 Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa

491签证申请成功后，持有人及其家人需要在新定义下的偏远地区内生活，工作至少三年。在工作期间，要求每年工作收入不低于最低税收标准，目前是$53,900(2019年11月16日更新)，然后可以申请转191永居签证(将于2022年11月16日上线)。

After a successful 491 visa application, the holder and their family will be required to live and work in regional area for at least three years. During the period of employment, it is required to earn no less than the minimum tax rate per year of employment, currently $53,900 (updated 16 November 2019), before being able to apply for a transfer to a 191 permanent residence visa (due to go live on 16 November 2022).

143付费类父母移民签证

143 Contributory Parent Visa

143付费类父母移民签证是澳大利亚公民、永久居民或符合条件的新西兰公民担保其父母在澳大利亚定居的父母移民签证类别，该签证是永居签证且等待期相对较短，但需要一次性支付所有贡献金。

143 Contributory Parent Visa is a parent migration visa category for Australian citizens, permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their parents to settle in Australia. It is a permanent residence visa with a relatively short waiting period, but requires a lump sum payment of all contributions.

820/801境内配偶移民签证

820/801 Partner Visas 

820/801配偶移民签证是澳大利亚公民或永久居民担保其配偶在澳大利亚定居的配偶移民签证类别。该签证须在澳大利亚境内递交申请，并且签证下签时申请人必须在澳大利亚境内，通常申请人会先获得820临居签证，经过2年的关系考察期并满足相应条件后可获得801永居签证。

820/801 Partner Visa is a family visa category for Australian citizens or permanent residents to sponsor their partners to settle in Australia. The visa must be applied for in Australia and the applicant must be in Australia at the time the visa is granted. The applicant will normally be granted an 820 residence visa and after a 2 year relationship period and meeting the appropriate conditions, will be granted an 801 permanent residence visa.
